Bowl Predictions

OSU vs. Notre Dame? Here's the article, but in short, this is the scenario: USC and UT win out Alabama loses to Auburn OSU beats Michigan Penn State beats MSU
Fiesta Bowl selects Notre Dame and OSU as it's at large births. Possible, although not probable.
Another interesting re-match scenario... OSU vs. Univ. Miami If Penn State loses to MSU, then (I believe) OSU and Penn State would share the Big Ten title. I don't know how you would determine the automatic birth to the Orange Bowl to play (probably) Miami. Does the Orange Bowl get to choose? Coin toss? Does anyone know?
This guy's current predictions seem to suggest OSU vs. UF in the Capital One Bowl, which might be an interesting game. My dad will be torn - his alma mater vs. where he sends all his money. Tough call.

If Penn State loses to MSU and we beat Michigan, we win the Big Ten outright and get the automatic berth. I'm not sure how the bowls decide who gets to pick first.
In PSU wins and OSU wins, we need Alabama to lose to go to the BCS.
Mostly though, if we don't beat Michigan, none of this matters. "We don't give a damn for the whole state of Michigan cause we're from O-HI-O." GO BUCKS!

It's my understanding that if both OSU and Penn State win tomorrow (and thus share the Big Ten title), Penn State gets the automatic spot because Penn State won the head to head matchup with OSU.
Something else to consider when Bowls start picking teams: the Orange Bowl might want to create a Miami-OSU rematch.
A Notre Dame-OSU matchup would definitely be interesting, not least of all because of my own divided loyalties. But all in all, you're supposed to root for your alma mater, right? At least I won't be at Notre Dame during the game, a lone OSU fan in hostile territory...

Dude. OSU vs Notre Dame. Remember these bowls are about money.
Remember 2002 when 90% of the crowd was OSU fans and also had the larget viewing audience?
