Shockingly, Manhattan has the highest rent costs in the US, 138% above national average. Next 4: San Fran, LA, San Jose (um, what?), and D.C. San Jose? So confused...

In the article you can click on a link that shows you the top 100 places to live and West Chester is there at #45. Sadly, Delhi is nowhere on that list.
