Bye bye Power-Strip
D | Friday, September 30, 2005
PG has finally gotten SEC (or whoever) approval for their $57 billion dollar merger with Gillette. Wrapped into the approval were certain divestiture provisions - PG must sell off Rightguard deodorant, Rembrant tooth whittening products, and Crest Spin Brush. P&G will get to keep "razors and batteries."

And just like that (poof), Duracell was a P&G product.
